Proposal | Tim + Kate | Grand Central Terminal, NYC
Timing is everything. When Tim reached out to me last minute after his original photographer fell through, we connected immediately. It felt meant to be. We quickly worked out the plan. The location: Grand Central Terminal; a spot Kate always loved, and as a photographer, I’m always happy to photograph an iconic NYC landmark. The surprise went as planned. Kate said yes, and the excitement and applause were echoing in the room. We spent time wandering the terminal to find unique, hidden locations away from the crowds. It gave us a chance to capture some intimate portraits and memories to remember the day. Congratulations to you both, Tim and Kate!!!

The celebration started with floral garlands that were draped over Avni and Terry. Then they took a blend of spices to ignite the fire…we were holding our breath a bit…hoping the smoke didn’t set off the sprinklers, hehe. Afterwards, they performed the Unity Knot: this symbolized the official coming together of both families. What struck me most throughout the day wasn’t just…
